1. Your WHS Handicap Index will be required at all meetings.
2. Maximum handicap index 36.0.  9 Hole Stableford 54.
3. Buggies permitted only with a letter from your Captain.
4. Change of clothes optional.
5. In the event of cancellation: 
6. If there is a waiting list, the Competition Secretary will attempt to make substitutions from the list.
7. In the absence of a waiting list, you may find a substitute.

       If neither (A) nor (B) can be implemented, cancellation refunds will not be           made after the competition's closing date unless the circumstances are             exceptional.
